Loreta has worked in the world of Valuation & Auctioneering for almost 35 years. Playing a significant role within Philip Davies & Sons (prior to its sale), Loreta is well known by our clients for her “no-nonsense” approach and problem solving abilities. As well as being responsible for the overall management of the new practice, Loreta has specialised knowledge in the valuation and disposal of Stock-in-Trade, IT and computers.

Sam Hall
Senior Valuer – Auction Manager

Sam has 14 years of experience in the auction and insolvency industry. Having learnt his trade as Auction Manager & Valuer for a national firm dealing mostly with insolvency cases. He spent some time with a specialist firm of international construction machinery auctioneers, getting back to the live auction atmosphere.

He has a passion for, and an extensive knowledge of, all aspects of auction operations. His areas of valuation expertise include construction plant and related equipment, I.T, stock-in-trade and general business assets.

Arlene Kelly
Office Administrator

Arlene has 15 years of experience working for an international construction auctioneers based in Northern Ireland.

During her time there, she was an integral part of their auction administration team. She has acted as office manager at sites all over the world including Northern Ireland, England, Germany, Spain & Australia.

She brings with her a vast knowledge of everything auction related from invoicing, exports, travel arrangements, clerking & marketing. She is a valuable asset to the PDS team.

Auction Coordinator & Valuation Assistant

Chris joined PDS following five years working within Logistics & Operations of mass participation sporting events.

He is now transferring this knowledge to the new environment of coordinating auctions and collections as well as assisting with administration and marketing.
